I received an email today, from Martha Brown, informing me of a recent purchase I made for $1,491.40, and provided me with a handy link to click on, to view the invoice of said purchase.
Obviously this was a phishing scam, but what the email revealed was pure beauty. Let me explain. Checking out Amazon’s site today, I noticed they’re promoting gift ideas for Father’s day. And I wasn’t too pleased with what I saw.
Caught without any ideas for Valentine’s day? Here’s a quick and easy solution for those of you who went to buy beer at the convenience store, and found that they were out of cards by the cash register.
Everyone, with internet access, by now knows about the new wireless, eBook reading device from Amazon.com, the Kindle. What many may not know, is that Amazon’s listing of the Franklin EB-500 Rocket eBook is showing to be currently “unavailable”. Veeeeery interesting. (Screen capture in case this product page ever “conveniently” falls down the memory hole.)
