I've always been one to tinker with the theme of my website, but not knowing how to code css I'm limited to the themes Weebly offers. Not that they aren't good, it's just always someone else's design. I've been please with the few I've chosen for this site, but I've never really been completely please with the final results. Either I need to let go of my need to customize, or learn to code so I can make my own themes. Most of the themes for this site I've chosen in the past where for their dark quality. I believe a darker theme helps with reading a lot of text. At least it does for me. But if you're like me, then you read all your content through an rss reader anyway, so why bother?
I decided to change up the theme after reading Weebly's recent post about responsive design (Responsive Design for your Website, Blog or Store), so I finally settle on one that has this dynamic. The main reason I'm writing about the change of theme (because it's quite obvious to anyone who visits the site regularly) is to inform the reader that my last post "Hotlink Headers", is now obsolete until I revert back to another theme that utilizes these headers. The setup is a little different all the way around, but hopefully the is site still fairly easy to navigate. Enjoy the new look...for now. Comments are closed.
